Project: Branding & Creative | Client: Chef Haim Cohen (Westside Deli)
Chef Haim Cohen has established new concept restaurants on the Microsoft campus as part of an employer branding and employee experience initiative. We were asked to create five different brands for five different cuisines that compete with restaurants operating in the campus area.
We chose to build the brands in accordance with the spirit of the campus and to effectively characterize the target audience, focusing on "geek chic“, and with a color experience that makes it much more than just a place to eat at.
We chose to create a brand that takes inspiration from New York Delicatessens, and combined cleanliness and simplicity with food and product illustrations - a tantalizing appearance that conveys quality with a wink and warmth. We wanted to produce a brand that you would want to be printed on your t-shirt - just because it's cool!
